Dear Sir,

We have an Manufacturing Company in Delhi. We have received an order from Gujarat - State. In an order party wants to deliver the material directly to Mumbai State.

Billing Shall be :-

Biiled to - Gujarat State & Supplied to - Mumbai State.

Question is How can i make the E-Way Bill.

Sometimes, the tax payer raises the bill to somebody and sends the consignment to somebody else as per the business requirements. There is a provision in the e-way bill system to handle this situation, called as ‘Bill to’ and ‘Ship to’.

In the e-way bill form, there are two portions under ‘TO’ section. In the left hand side - ‘Billing To’ GSTIN and trade name is entered and in the right hand side - ‘Ship to’ address of the destination of the movement is entered. The other details are entered as per the invoice.

In case ship to state is different from Bill to State, the tax components are entered as per the billing state party. That is, if the Bill tolocation is inter-state for the supplier, IGST is entered and if the Bill to Party location is intra-state for the supplier, the SGST and CGST are entered irrespective of movement of goods whether movement happened within state or outside the state.

Chose the module 'Bill to , Ship to' .

under bill to , put the address of gujrat consignee, & under ship, to put the mumbai address

Sir,

Under billed to there is and Name, GSTIN & State.

Under shipped to there is an Address, place, pin code & state.

If both the party is different. what should entered in Shipped to (Name & GSTIN of the party is not available in Shipped to detail)

in place of GSTN , u can Enter URP, but if u dont have the shipping address then how can u deliver those goods ????? at what address ????

Sir,

In E-Way Bill portal

details to be filled in "Billed to" portion : 1) Name, 2) GSTIN & 3)State

details to be filled in "Shipped to" portion : 1) Address 2) Place 3) Pin Code & 4) State.

If the Billed party is R B Trading, Gujarat and

Shipped party is J C Trading, Mumbai

My Question is " In Shipped portion there is only address, place, pin & state are available. So, where to filled the name & GSTIN no. of shipping party".
