ESOPS Implementation procedure

This is suneel I am working in a software company. In my company my management is decided to implement ESOPS first time. Thereby I want to know implementation procedure becuse I am not aware of theat. So kindly requested to all, any one have any document relating to ESOPS IMPLEMENTATION can you plesae share the same.
