we are forming a company in india and as we are establishing different units under same company, we want to start ESOP for employees for motivation and commitment.
We are just in the process of registeration. Could anyone can guide what all points shall be considered for stock options for employees..
1. For framing HR policies
2. Does the company has to give share to public, if we want to provide the options for employees .legal aspect.
3. Other point which matters in ESOP (Employee Stock options)
