Hi friends,
Kindly advice on very serious issue for one of my friend.
One of my friend is working in a Renowned Listed entity at kolkata with Salary of Rs. 6.50 Lacs p.a. as a Executive of Accounts and Finance.
He got an offer from Eskag Pharma Pvt. Limited (Eskag Group of Companies) with hike of Rs.2.50 Lacs p.a. comes to Rs. 9.00 Lacs p.a. as Deputy Manager Finance.
He is now confused to change the job from listed entity to private limited with concern on security, work environment, branding etc. with new company.
Kindly advice, whether he should change his job or not and why???
He is also didn't have any review with this Eskag Group.
