Dear All , Please guide me about ESIC on salary for which salary is considered , basic salary ? total salary ? Thanks and regards , Govind

ESI deduct on Gross salary amount ( Bais+HRA+Conveyance+Allowance)

Employee Share >>>>> 1.75% of Gross salary

Employer Share >>>>>  4.75% of Gross salary
