here I am kindly requesting how to arrive at ESIC amount in CTC concept.I know ESIC will be calculated @ 4.75% on Gross amount..
kindly share CTC calculation with ESIC benefit with percentages.
I am attaching CTC Rs.14 K sheet with ESI and PF etc
