Esi, epf registration
if our employees nos. extend 7 to 25 in current f.year, is we have required to register with esi, epf and factory act in the same year or next year. otherwise what is our penalty liability

Yes... Registration required after the limit of number of employees.
Please note for ESI is mandatory if the employee is having salary of less than or equal to 21000 and the establishment has 10 or more workers.
EPF is mandatory if the employee is having salary of less than or equal to 15,000 per month, it is mandatory for you to be opened an EPF account by your employer. Organizations with 20 or more employees are required by law to register for the EPF scheme, while those with fewer than 20 employees can also register voluntarily.
You required to register under Factory act need to take factory license and register under PF/ESIC/PT registartions.
