once the establishment is covered, the registration will continue, even if single person is employed all the rules and contributions will get applicable.
say at once the employment goes to zero, but when the factory re employes , the old registration will get active after submission of declarations.
Ones ESI Act Applicable on your Estt. than Code surrender after closer of company.
