ESI Deduction
Hi Friends,
I am working MNC Private Limited company in Bangalore. Last month salary the deducted ESI amount its wrongly in my salary. I asked respective person but they says in ESI once we deducted means we can’t stop to deduct next six month. Its correct?. Kindly give your suggestions.

they are right..... u can't get back the ESI once deposited . Ask the respective person to take care in future so that this short of things doesn't happen again.....
