Whether ESI is applicable to Registeres office (i know that its applicable to the factories of that company) of the manufacturing companies?

Errr!!! what happen to CCI members?? No reply even after 1 Hr of time??
once the facotry is eligible for ESI act, all branches and offices under same "identity" get covered under the act.

hi Dina , if the co. is running a manufacturing unit with power with minium no. of employees that is 10 then esi is applicable otherwise not. your co. is providing group mediclaim that is not sufficient for applicablity of esi. the limit is now 10000/- this is basic not gross salary
