I would like to know that what is the minimum wage for an employee to be eligible for ESI?

also what percent of it wage is transferred to ESI.

What is the date of submission of ESI for relevamt month..?

ESI Deduction Limit is Rs. 10000/=

1.75% to be deduted from employee

Due date of Payment 21 of every month

ESI wil be charged on employee's basic +DA which should be less than 10,000.00 otherwise ESI will not apply, 1.75% for employee contribution , 4.75% for employers contribution . due date for payment is 21st of succeeding month.
