Errors encountered while uploading json file for refund

I tried with offline utility only.

there is no online bill to bill enrty options.

I had also same issue. At the time of uploading statement 3 i am getting the error. " Errors encountered while uploading the file".

waiting for technical resolution or GST portal issue not sure.

But, this solution doesn't seem to work for me, while I am filing the GST refund application. 

I AM ALSO HAVING THE SAME ISSUE OF ERROR GENERATED WHILE PREPARING STATEMENT 3A USING OFFLINE UTILITY. IF ANYONE HAS GOT THE SOLUTION PLEASE SHARE
