Error uploading itr3 document

I try to upload ITR3. showing this message after OTP.

The XML Schema is invalid. Please upload the XML in the correct schema.

At Line Number 880 : Invalid content was found starting with element 'ITRForm:DeductionUs54F'. One of {"https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/master":ExemptionOrDednUs54)' is expected.

Please clarify me what i need to do.
