Error on filling service tax return

Dear All,

I am a receiver of Goods transport agency, when I am filling data in sheet and selecting option "No" for point no. "A10.1 A service Provider under section 68(1)" and than validating sheet error shows that "You can not enter data in Provider section (B1) as you have selected No in A10.1", I am a service receiver from GTA service hense I have to change the option is "No" but sheet is not allowing me to change the option, please suggest if any solution you have.

GTA liability to be discharged by Receiver only.

A 10.1 is for Service provider purpose, but we have to select always "NO" only.

even we select "NO" in A 10.1, and data entered in Service Receipient section , but utlity is showing wrong/error message.

I conveyed to aceshelpdesk, reply not came.

I got solution. by default the utility developer creates ST % for Service Provider like 14% .5% .5% in 2 rows @ B1.15 for all services, where as for for service recipients purpose it is not useful. so we have to make it 0. thats it.
