Error on filling service tax return

Dear All,

I am a receiver of Goods transport agency, when I am filling data in sheet and selecting option "No" for point no. "A10.1 A service Provider under section 68(1)"   and than validating sheet error shows that "You can not enter data in Provider section (B1) as you have selected No in A10.1", I am a service receiver from GTA service hense I have to change the option is "No" but sheet is not allowing me to change the option,  please suggest if any solution you have.
