Username- authorised representative PAN (XXXXX5440X)

One-time Password- Combination of First Five Alphabets of your PAN (First alphabet in Caps and other four in small letters) followed by @ Date of Birth (DDMM format). Example: Aabcd @ 1506 for PAN AABCD1234Z with DOB: 15/06/1997

change your password after first login.

Yes. Once you use this first time password, it will promt you to reset the pssword.

but it is mandatory to login on report.insight.gov.in to for generating ITDREIN, what is in case we dont have reportable transactions, and we need to submit nil response, then what we need to do?

Once you generate X M L file using "RGU-Form61A-V4.0" utility, you shall upload the X M L file in "Generic Submission Utility" using the Digital Signature.
