Try the following

1. Log out and check after some time

2. Delete browsing history and cache

3. Try from another computer and henceforth use gst.gov.in in incognito  mode in google

4.  Edit invoice and save. 

5. Click on refresh icon in GSTR-1 (it's blue and you have to hover over a bit until it becomes clickable)

6. Also check if preview return is correct before submitting

Make sure you file your return on or before 10th else you will have to wait till 26th

Try clicking on " Generate GSTR-1 Summary". Then wait for a few minutes.

It is correct that the persistent issues have been resolved by the GSTN. 

For generating the summary of GSTR-1, one has to wait for 15 minutes after generating the GSTR-1 Summary and then one can verify the invoices through GSTR-1 summary.

Error! Returns still under processing ....NOT ABLE TO FILE GSTR 1 ...I HAVE FOLLOWED ALL THE ABOVE STEPS AND NOTHING IS WORKING..

i just entered the B to B tab once and came out and then i could file the return without any further issues
