The ROC has issued wrong Certificate of incorporation, We applied for Private limited company in Form 1 but ROC registered the company under Part IXA of the Companies Act, 1956(given in COI issued on 19/09/2007). With this effect all annual accounts & annual returns of the company wer not gettin uploaded online because of 2 directors in the present comapny & company under Part IXA requires 3 directors. The company got notice from ROC to file Annual returns of all 4yrs.
Any one plz guide how to file the returns
