Error in filing gstr1

I file my gstr 1 nil for the month of July but gst portal Continuously shows error I.e. No invoice is filled
Plz help

I think for NIL rated you need to fill GSTR 3B. One of the friend had similar problem and he was told this by GST helpline. Pls confirm with them.
