Error in dir-3 kyc

Dear Valued Members,

Need guidance that all the details entered in DIR-3 KYC form is exactly matching with PAN database and also matching with existing DIN records still getting error message today in most cases "Please enter correct PAN details"

Please guide how to resolve this issue.

Any1 find any solution for the problem mention above ....I am facing the same error "please enter the correct pan detail " in dir 3 kyc but the details is correct as per pan database as well as din records ......please any1 knows how to correct it please reply here. Thanks in advanced

DIN - PAN verify is also not working...

the form which was filled yesterday morning ... pan was verified properly but since eveing the issue has started and it is showing error for any PAN

and when we upload the presrutiny form DIR - 3.. it says you have alrealdy filed this form, to file modify it.

it seems this is server issue....

someone needs to twitter this issue to the ministry :)

just tried DIR - 5

no issue in filling the form atleast... thinking to file surrender of DIN since the din is not used yet.

 

FACING SAME PROBLEM NOW ALSO...PAN NOT ABLE TO VERIFY..AND FOR PRESCUTIZED FORM INFORMATION COMING FORM ALREADY FILED, MODIFY IT.   HOW TO SOLVE IT...SAME PROBLEM SINCE YESTERDAY EVENING.

I am also facing the same issue since yesterday evening. Trying to contact the MCA help desk but no response, the cellphone numbers of DIN cell is too switched off... 

ITS A SITE ISSUE... SO SOLUTION CAN ONLY BE FROM MCA ... WILL HAVE TO WAIT AND WATCH...

BY THE TIME I FILED DIR 5... SURRENDER THE DIN... UNNECESSARY FILING DIR 3 KYC EVERY YEAR... SO BETTER TO SURRENDER IF THE PERSON HAS NOT USED HIS DIN.

I guess nobody wants to take responslbility here. Was able to talk to the DIN helpline number, But the attendant here said that MCA is helpless on this, and I am entering the Incorrect PAN details. When I said that everythingis correct, he asked me to contact Income Tax PAN. When I contacted Income Tax helpline number, I am being told that this is MCA's error and not Income tax Error. They would be able to attend anything related to income tax filing only.

Anybody's view on this on how to esclate this matter. 

Two form i uploaded yesterday DIR 3 KYC... got msg saying already filed, modify it...
and when i went to see TRACK SRN with date,, saw two SRN with "PAYMENT NOT APPLICABLE"

But no email received for the same by the application... so dont know if the forms were accepted or rejected.

Social Media seems to be the right way to get the concern department to work...

dont know why MCA site cant work like FACEBOOK :) with so many users logged in at the same time and uploading big and many files at the same time...

Maybe all govt online system should be handed over to Facebook or Google :) maybe they will do the work better...

I raised all the complaints ticket in MCA site and sent the screen shot through email to appl.helpdesk @ mca.gov.in

Just like everyone, I'm also facing the same issue of"Incorrect PAN details" from yesterday. I've raised a grienvance with MCA. But I don't hope it would be of any use. As the deadline would be over by today. Are they targeting Additional fee of Rs.5000?
