MCA site has gone for a toss... and look at the high handedness of the authorities... instead of taking steps to improve efficiency... just post a message saying that no extension has been granted. Plan accordingly.... We can only plan execution is at their mercy...

The Form DIN 3 KYC filed and got message that Already filed, modify it to file it...
today received approval for it..

so it means it was filed properly... and it was taken into their records properly...

but havnt received of all such cases yet....

well now will have to see if they allow to file DIN 5 without filing DIN 3 KYC.

No Suranaji. They are not allowing to fill DIR-5. While pre-filling DIN it shows DIN is not an approved DIN, file KYC first.

And was not able to file DIR-3 KYC because of duplicate DIN. Now when we wish to surender one DIN they are not allowing that too. 

so many geniune reason for not able to file DIN 3 KYC...

cant file DIN 3 KYC before making the required changes via DIN 6
and some correction pending due to change of Name application with Income Tax Department.. and now cant fill DIN 6 to change the detail since DIN 3 KYC is not filed..

i think only way MCA will listen is writ petition... or if they really understand peoples problem :)

and the worst is cant file DIN 5 if the person was associated with any company before... now that is too much...

Read in Economic Times, MCA is considering Extension of DIR-3 KYC dates, or may be Considering reducing/removing the Late Amount. Since 21 Lacs Directors DIN have been De-activated, due to non filing of DIR-3 KYC.

Update as Per MCA Notification DIR-3KYC can be filled upto 5th October with Late fees of Rs. 500 instead of Rs 5000. 

Same issued facing 

While I trying to take DIR 3 KYC, that option is not showing. How to resole this problem.,
