The "Error! Failed to establish connection to the server" while submitting GST returns with DSC via Emsigner is a common problem. Here are some quick troubleshooting steps you can try to fix it:
Steps to fix Emsigner connection error:

Restart Emsigner

Close the Emsigner application completely.

Open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and ensure no Emsigner.exe or Java processes are running.
