HI everyone....I have qualified as Chartered Accountant in May 2012 and Currently i am working in an ERP company as a Functional Consultant. Also i have cleared my IBPS written exam and interview and got offer from Vijaya Bank as Credit Manager MMGS Scale II....now i am confused as to my career as to whether i should remain in an ERP company as a Functional consultant or i should switch to Bank as Manager

I would recommend you to take up as a credit managers job. Banking Carrier is the best.
