Our Company has registred under Central Excise Act & also obtained service tax registration.As per ST-3,we are showing the only input service on cenvat credit column but while online ER -1,point no 5 details of cenvat credit taken and utilized,credi taken on input service is there , so my doubt is whether Cenvat credit(input service taken) on ST-1 can show again on ER-1 on point no 5 cenvat credit taken and utilized.

If you use the credit of Service Tax for the payment of Excise Duty thn it should be shown in the No.5 in ER-1. IN ST-3 the service tax Payment details like payable on GTA should be shown not the Service Tax Input Credit. If you utilise credit for payment of Service Tax thn only it can be shown in ST-3. If your doubt is still unclear thn let me knw the type of Service Provided by the company.
