Epf withdrawal with uan based from other state

Hi,

My question is in regards to the EPF Withdrawal, I have been working in an office in Durgapur, WestBengal from Sep 2013 and resigned in Dec 2016. And now I have moved to Hyderabad since my hometown is hyderabad and now I am idle for the last 2 months looking for the new job in hyderabad.

Now I need to withdraw my pf amount,Since my UAN No. was from Durgapur, WestBengal should I need to visit durgapur and apply for the PF Withdrawal without Employer intervention or I can submit the form from Hyderabad. Please revert me the better procedure to get my PF Amount faster.
