EPF REGISTRATION - CANCELLATION

I think EPF is once registered you shold comply with EPF even though no of employee reduced below the limit.you can cancel registraction only when you closing the business.

Procedure of EPF registration cancel if employer is dead.

You cannot alter the registered EPF after the business is registered for it.

So even if the number of employees has been changed/reduced, you cannot cancel EPF registration. The registration can only be canceled if you close the business. You cannot cancel it before closing the business.

could you please provide me the section or rule under which it is mentioned that registration cannot be cancelled? 

if i got register for PF and not deduct pf since 2 year and not deposited pf then any solution for the same
