Currently, our company is deducting 12% PF from basic salary (irrespective of any amount). Now, our company decided to deduct and pay PF of Rs 780 even basic salary is exceeds 6500/- for new joiners from next month onwards.
Can you please let me know what formalities we have to comply with EPF office to get approval for doing this.
Your not required any approvel for EPF.
