Sir what should I fill in box 25 of EPF Registration of Establishment, were it asks, Registration deed no. Since I'm registering voluntarily.

If you have an MSME, GST, or Shop Act registration, enter that number. If you have no formal registration deed at all, enter "N/A" or use your Udyam/PAN number to bypass the field.
