EPF Claim reg.
Dear experts, One our company employee EPF claim rejected due to pension contributions received after 58yrs.. How to solve this problem?

The rejection is likely due to illegal EPS contributions made after age 58. To resolve this, your employer must file revised returns with the EPFO to correct the contribution records (moving the incorrect EPS funds to the EPF account). Once the records are updated by the EPFO, you can re-apply for your claim.
