Is epf and ESI deductions mandatory for an accountant in a company earning less than R's.15000 p.m?

YES,NOT FOR ACCOUNTANT ONLY BUT ANY PERSON EARNING SALARY (SALARY) LESS THAN RS.15000/- EPF AND ESI IS APPLICABLE.
Yes it is compulasory if company having more than 20 emplyee and up to the limit of 15000/- per month salarised person and more than 15000/- only professional tax(pt) will deduct.
