Please advice regarding ABRY scheme EPF wages ceiling .
> Employee getting monthly gross wages Rs.17,000/-
Basic Rs.9500/- DA Rs.5250/- HRA Rs.2,250/- Total Gross Rs.17,000/-
Which component take ABRY scheme total gross salary or Basic + DA
Note :
as per EPF Act Sec 2 (B) > Basic + DA = EPF wages .
Kindly advice
For the ABRY scheme, the total gross salary is considered as the EPF wages
So, in the ABRY scheme, is it not applicable if wages / salary exceeds 15k ?
