Entry Tax on Curtain Materials

Dear All,

A company based on Bangalore has recently started to make europen style curtains.. The company purchases curtain materials i.e. tracks, brackets, runner etc which are used to fix the curtains from outside the state of Karnataka.

My qurey is whether the above purchase atracts entry tax as per Karnataka Entry Tax act.

Kindly clarify.
