can legal fee paid to advocate for contesting matter of s.138 case(cheque bounce matter) be made receivable from the person whose cheque was bounced and what should be the entry,
should it be shown as cost recoverable as defaulter person is bound to pay as he is informed through regd. ad.
please guide as the payment causing loss to the concern if shown in expense side. any entry by that it be made to payment recoverable.
