Entertainment tax....

Hello Friends I have a question:- what are the tax implications of organising a rock concert with regard to entertainment tax.....??? Is there any exemption available if it the organiser is a NGO.... Please provide me full detail as soon as possible assume:- 1. if Band is taking there fee from NGO What ll be effect if if Band is not taking there fee from NGO.
