Entertainment tax....
Hello Friends
I have a question:-
what are the tax implications of organising a rock concert with regard to entertainment tax.....??? Is there any exemption available if it the organiser is a NGO....
Please provide me full detail as soon as possible
assume:-
1. if Band is taking there fee from NGO
What ll be effect if if Band is not taking there fee from NGO.
Please provide saction also if possible.

sec 16 (ii) is entertainment allowance...exemption only for govt employees...exemption will be least of the following...
1> 20%of basic salary
2> Rs 5000
3> actual received..
