Hai friend,
select Physical Stock voucher
Enter Item name and Qty ( Qty entered only After Evaparation loss less)
Ex : Petrol Qty As per Tally 120 lt, Physical Stock - 100lt , Evapartion loss- 20lts
In physical Voucher entererd Physicla Qty - 100lts only, Tally Automatically adjusted
