Try to communicate with others in english even if you get it wrong.

First of all remove that fear and develop the attitude that " I can also Speak Well and Write better"

Secondly start communicating in english with others even if it is correct or wrong. Ignore others if they laugh. Read newspapers and novels. Observe the conversation between the two people if they are speaking in english.

You will defenitely overcome your problem soon. ALL THE BEST. :)

take help of newspaper and dictionery. if you have reading habbit then start reading english books or magazines.

if internet is available then you can take help of this also. there are some free online courses to improve english.

Hi nisha I was facing the same problem 3 years back as I was not from the background where people speak in English. n whenever I tried the people around me were so lunatic that they say " o angrez bs Rehn de, dharti pe aaja Ghana phudke mat na ". but I ignore them all.. You love movies??? Great! Watch English movies. You will get good at everyday English easily (without even thinking about it).

hello nisha i would suggest u to download some english songs on ur phone and start listening to them while u r going to office or coming back from office in metro/bus/auto. this way while using this time u will invest in making ur english good. in begining u will not understand anything but still just listen to it. ur english will improve on its own just by listening. :))))))))

I will suggest u watch English news channel specially the debate programs like arnab's debate.. this will help u alot... and watch Hollywood Hindi dubbed movies which is having English subtitles.. listen carefully what they speaks in hindi and concentrate on subtitles.. and the last thing, English newspaper bol bol ke padho... Mann mei nhi padho... jitna bologi utna confidence ayega

Watching english channels and english cricket commentary will also be helpful. Also refer a dictionary on regular basis which will help you to avoid spelling mistakes

Hey!! Most of the people know english. If you can read n write, then u can definitely speak also. The only thing stopping is U. Strart speaking in English without thinking abt others opinion. Each time u think u used incorrect sentence, correct it next u say it. I have seen ppl speak to Cust service rep to sharpen their english ;). So chill out n enjoi d learning process.
