sale of plot is not charge able to gst..if after constructionscertificate of completion is issued

in terms of schedule III ., no there is no GST on plot sale

As per Para 5 of schedule III of CGST Act 2017, Sale of Open plot/Land is neither treated as a Supply of Goods or Services.
Hence, No GST levied on open plotted area....
