you need to pay self assessment tax at the time of filing your return and clear your tax liability
You will file Income Tax Return and Pay "Self Assessment Tax"...

Mr. Vinay, First of all you have check to the concern accounts dept. of the company, why company has not paid TDS Liability of the employees. Violation of TDS is criminal offence and your company will come in to the trouble.

Now, coming to your Tax Liability,If you got proper answer from your concert team for not deducting TDS. on Salary, then you have to pay your Tax Liability through Challan No. 280. You can pay Online though your Bank or Offline though Physical Challan 280.

Also confirm that your company is paying Professional Tax and PF liability on time.

Employer "NOT DEDUCTED" tds...
