employees credit cooperative socity meetings

Hi Dear all,

I want to finalise the minutes of the employees credit co-operative socity run by company ,can any body provide me draft resolution for the following matters

1. appointment of additional committee member

2. top up scheme for loan disbursement

3. enhancement in the limit of the maximum contribution

4.enhancement of the limit of the minimum contribution for new members

As I am drafting minutes for the credit co operative socity I am not familier with the matters and rules regulation so please guide me whether all the above mentioned dec. can be finalise thugh management commity or there is need to take general meeting in this regard , kindly help me.
