Hi friends,
Please let me know the PF rates. I mean The employer contribution and employee contribution for the financial year 2012-2013. The ceiling limit if any and such other issues.

It is 12% both for employee & employer. Employee can however make contribution at a higher rate & disclose the same to his employer so that employer can make the PF deduction at the specified rates.
But heard from someone that its 13.61% for employer ??

No.
The rate is 12%.
