Emoa and eaoa
I have incorporated a company in spice forms INC-32, 33 and 34 filed eMOA and eAOA. No is it mandatory to prepare physical copy of MOA and AOA on legal paper as well as also enclose it with subscribers details photograph and signature?
or Printed copy of INC-33 and 34 also be valid for various registrations of company.

Is it mandatory to use eMoA and eAoA? Can physical copies of MoA/AoA be signed and attached with SPICe forms?
Yes. It is mandatory in all cases of Indian subscribers, foreign individual subscribers (having a valid DIN) and where the number of such subscribers is not more than seven. No physical copies of MoA/AoA are required to be attached.
Dear sir,
I already incorporated and submitted emoa and eaoa with INC-32. my query is to prepare physical copies. It should not be necessary to sign by subscriber and affix thier photos mannualy.
and are they necessary to print on legal sie paper or i can print on A4size paper too.
