Can anyone explain me as to how we can do the Embassy Attestation on a document as the person supposed to sign on the same is in abroad.. Regards.. Harisankar.

Through power of attorney (assign someone)
Thanks Madam for your reply.. But you know.. It is given to understand that in order to issue a Power of Attorney, presence of the person who issues the same is required and also it has to be registered with Sub Registrar office( as this document is a Consent Letter from the Building Owner to start a business in his premises ).. Hence the Embassy Attestation is required on this document authorizing someone in his native to sing the document in his absence.. I basically need to know the procedure for getting the Power of Attorney or an Authorization Letter attested through Embassy as he resides in another country now.. Regards.
You need to appoint a consultant in that other country. The rules of land are different
