On all purchases of goods and services except those blocked under section 17 (5)
On all products of pipe manufacturers except blocked ITC
ITC on all procurement of goods or services, except blocked credit u/s 17.
Input tax credit (ITC) can be availed on all purchases if those are for furtherance of business. You can refer to section 17(5) for the details of goods/services which are ineligible for ITC
