i posted the exam form for nov 2010 ipcc on 25th august ...the last date for the form to reach was 26th ...they said the form would reach by 27th ...i did not post any letter with the form for the reason for late submission ...would i be eligible for appearing in the exam ...would they not mind a gap of 1 day ??
