Eligibility for Direct Entry Route in CA

Hello sir,

         One of my friend got 54.6% in B.Com..is he eligible for register to enter direct entry route in CA??Please clarification Needed...Thank You

No your friend is not eligible for direct entry scheme. Exact 55% is required for direct entry scheme
