Whether can we claim the ITC on transaction Charges.
In case of we are not in business has invested money in share market but the core business of the company is for manufacturing of TOY.

Yes... But, ITC can be claim except exempted supplies.
Could you please refer any section or notification..........transaction Charges e.g. charged by the broker on trading of commodity.
