I dont know abt any eligibilty criteria for appearing ca final exam.
I knoe tht the students in final can give their attempt during the last 6 months of their articleship.
Regarding GMCS i didnt know much..
So let the other masters to reply

just during the last 6 months of ur articleship u can appear for exams
the eligiblity has been revised with effect from may 2010
rest gmcs can be done after article completion also
If your articleship is going to complete bfore 30/10/2011 then u r eligible for final exam in May 2011
please tell me the eligibility criteria for appearing in ca final for IPCC passed out students.

GMCS CAN BE DONE DURING THE LAST ONE YEAR OF ARTICLES AND FINALS CAN BE TAKEN DURING THE LAST SIX MONTHS
