Quick Summary
This discussion clarifies how to effectively manage and claim amounts from your electronic GST ledger. It explains that you should first utilise your electronic credit ledger for tax liabilities. If a balance remains, then use your electronic cash ledger. Any remaining liability after utilising both ledgers should be paid via a challan.

You should utilise electronic cash and credit ledger both
First you utilise electronic credit ledger and accordingly deposit cash to utilise cash ledger
Yes zafar sir is right

Use the balance available in electronic credit ledger first then use the balance that is available in cash ledger. Post that if any liability remains then pay it by creating challan
