You cannot transfer it but you can utilise it in this way at the time of your output liability payment

You cannot transfer any balances in electronic credit ledger, GST PMT-09 is only for transfer of balances in Electronic cash ledger

any balance in electronic credit ledger is not available for transfer unlike cash ledger.

I am attaching here the file of CA Aakarsh Jain, who is envolved in fake like by his own account to gain the points and Vouchers of that two fifty or one thousand of amount.

This Cheap person have a four or five fake accounts by which is playing the game of this Fake likes
