Electronic credit ledger balance

On 20.5.17  In my electronic credit ledger IGST input tax credit tax available is Rs.1000. On 26.5.17 we  have sold interstate sale  and collected Rs. 1500. There is no balance on 26.5.17 in Electronic cash ledger. Can we make a sale without depositing any amount in electronic cash ledger on 26.5.17.
