Still no time limit before notified as above. After the latest Council meeting It's 7 days as per You. And no specified time limit updating or amending

In my view, E-invoice portal is allowing to generate e-invoice after generating Invoice. But as per the provisions, possible litigations and allegations by the department on availing ITC by the recipient on delayed e-Invoice after supply of goods or services or both through Invoice.
